Congratulations to the Messageware team on our recent participation in the Microsoft Partner Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT).  Customer respondents all agreed that they were extremely satisfied with Messageware’s security and user enhancement software for their Exchange OWA deployments.

The results of the CSAT survey placed Messageware well above all of the other Microsoft Gold Certified Partners in Canada with an NSAT score of 200.  Areas covered included overall level of satisfaction with Messageware and Messageware’s OWA technology, quality of business processes and communications, and whether our customers would recommend our products to others.

Messageware takes great pride in our ability to consistently deliver top-notch service to our customers to allow them to deploy OWA with confidence, knowing that their sensitive corporate email is secure and their OWA users are benefitting from an enhanced remote messaging experience.
