Messageware Q3 2018 Newsletter

President's Message

For organizations, email is the most critical tool for B2B communication. And while the move to web email reduces IT costs and affords employees better mobility, it also strips away productivity features available in thick-email-client applications.

Recently, a Fortune 500 company approached us to help them bridge the thin-client (Microsoft Outlook on the Web) functionality gap for their 50,000 bankers. The Bank needed to ensure their staff receive email notifications, maintain a persistent connection to email,  and allow for documents to be quickly attached to their web mail.

We solved the problem by deploying Messageware ActiveSend and OWA Desktop. ActiveSend allows staff to effortlessly attach documents to their web email, thereby improving staff satisfaction by reducing the number of clicks it takes to send email and attachments using web-based email. OWA Desktop maintains an active Outlook Web session, even when the browser is closed, ensuring a Banker never misses an important customer interaction.

If you're tackling similar challenges with Outlook on the Web when connecting to O365 or Exchange Server on premise, I encourage you to get in touch with our team and take advantage of our FastStart Software Program. And don't forget, if you're attending Microsoft Ignite 2018, make sure to stop by our booth for a hands on demo.

Best Regards,
